Keeping Mentally and Physically Healthy: Wellbeing and the Dissertation In-Person

Health in Mind will be delivering a Stress Management Workshop which looks at helpful verses unhelpful stress, and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach in relation to stress. In the workshop we will discuss techniques to alleviate stress by looking at thoughts, behaviours, emotions and physical feelings. The workshop is an introduction to CBT which is the main therapy the service use to help people with anxiety and low mood
