Newcomers: Library and cultural services for PGR students at Essex
This session outlines the library resources and services of most use to PGR studentsat Essex. It is aimed at new PGR students, and maybe especially useful for those less familiar with UK library resources & services (e.g. international students or mature students). There will be time set aside for questions.
Learning outcomes include familiarity with: subject resources & support; accessing e-resources; literature & citation searches (Scopus); requesting resources; current awareness; finding theses; reference management.
