Newcomers: How to use social media to promote your research and build your networks Online
Social media can be a powerful way of engaging with people interested in your research. This session will explain how to set-up a Twitter account, how other academics in the University are using Twitter to promote their research, tips for planning posts, advice about building up your network and how the central communications team can support you.
