How to develop a campaign approach to communicating your research more widely (online) Online

Thinking about your media relations campaign and integrating it with your wider impact plan will ensure you connect with your key target audiences as effectively as possible.

It does not need to be complicated. We’ll explain how you can work with the University’s Communications team and other relevant teams to identify your key audiences, key media and key messages. This will help you understand how communications fit with the resources, budget and staff available to you.

We’ll cover the communication channels available to you including story opportunities, photo opportunities, social media, news releases, and journalist briefings.
