Supporting your wellbeing through SilverCloud and Togetherall

Supporting your wellbeing through SilverCloud and Togetherall In-Person

 Overview

Drop-in to find out more about the online mental health support available to Essex students. An instructor from Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service (SWIS) will be demonstrating how to use SilverCloud and Togetherall to support your wellbeing and can help you start using these platforms on your own device.
