ESCALA Tour In-Person
The Essex Collection of Art from Latin America (ESCALA) is the museum of the University of Essex, serving as a vital teaching and research resource for students and staff, and a hub for the global exchange of art, knowledge, and expertise.
Based at the University's Colchester Campus, ESCALA holds over 800 artworks across a wide variety of media, dating from the 1960s to today. The Collection is housed in a purpose-built Teaching and Research Space n the Constable Building, next to Wivenhoe House, the space we'll be exploring together on this guided tour.
Join us to discover more about the study of Latin American art at Essex and enjoy an up-close look at some of the remarkable works in our Collection.
How to attend:
Please book in advance to secure your place, as capacity in our Teaching and Research Space is limited. We'll meet at the Library's ground-floor entrance between 1.50pm and 2.00pm, before walking together to the Constable Building.
