 barriers to accessing information. You might be asked to pay to read the 
 full text of an article\, or find a particular online reading platform 
 difficult to use because of the way text displays on your screen. 
 Fortunately\, there are usually ways around these barriers. This 1 hour 
 workshop will give you the keys for unlocking information so that you can 
 access the full text and view the content in a format that suits your 
 learning style.\n\nKey areas covered\n\n\n	Accessing Library digital texts 
 & resources\n	Using digital reading features & tools\n	Accessing full text 
 for sources found outside the Library\n	Adapting digital texts to improve 
 your learning experience\n\n\nSupporting resources\n\n\n	Workshop activity: 
 Access 2 full-text sources using Libkey Nomad (available via 
 Moodle).\n	Prepare by taking a look at  Skills at Library section on 
 unlocking information and downloading Libkey Nomad.\n	Explore the 'Making 
 the most of your online readings' reading list that highlights examples 
 from key digital reading platforms and links additional resources and 
 support available through the Library and University.\n\n\n\nEssex
