 activism. Highlights include archives of the Mary Whitehouse and the 
 NVALA\, the Essex Society of Archaeology and History and the personal 
 library of Colchester-born Samuel Harsnett (1561-1631)\, who became 
 Archbishop of York (1629-1631).\n\nFind out how we preserve these resources
